Tarnica 1346 m amsl - the highest peak of the Polish Bieszczady Mountains and the Subcarpathian voivodeship. It belongs to the Crown of Polish Mountains.
We live far away from Bieszczady mountains, so when we decided go there we booked accommodation in Polańczyk. First destination of our trip was the Wołosate village. Our journey there lasted more than 4 hours, but we were determined to get on the same day two peaks: Tarnica and Halicz. We had time on it, because we started from Kraków after 4am and we reached village Wołosate before 9 am, so all day we could walking and admiring wonderful Bieszczady mountains.
