Żar mountain (761 m) - a peak in the Little Beskids
The trip to Mount Żar does not take long time, it is a pleasant trip that you can go on with the whole family. The ascent to the top takes about 2 hours at a slow pace.
We started the trip from the dam in Porąbka, from where the red trail goes straight to the top of the Żar mountain.
At the top there is a railway that you can also get here. Of course, there are beautiful views of the Beskids all around.
You can also see here the water reservoir used for the hydroelectric power plant located also on this mountain.
