Wielka Sowa (German: Hohe Eule, after 1945 for a short period Polish: Góra Sowia, 1015 m above sea level) - the highest peak of the Sowie Mountains in the Central Sudetes, with the most ecologically damaged tree stand in these mountains, belongs to the Crown of Polish Mountains; is located in the Lower Silesia Voivodship.
To the summit of Wielka Sowa from the Jugowska Pass leads red and yellow trail that cross themselves halfway. It is a good opportunity to go to the top of one of them and go back to the other one, just as we did.
A gravel road leads through the forest to the top of the summit, but after leaving the forest, there are beautiful viewpoints where we can admire the wonderful views.
The characteristic white lookout tower makes a fantastic impression, and from on it, in good weather we can see the closer and further ranges of beautiful mountains.
If someone you wants, can use the telescope through which you can see even the most distant Sudetes ranges.
The end of the day said goodbye to us with a beautiful view of the sunset, it was really a wonderful day :)
Nice sunset 😀
