Kasprowy Wierch is mountain in the Western Tatras. It is one of the most popular ski areas in Poland and its peak is accessible by cablecar. Kasprowy Wierch is 1987 metres high (6519 ft) above sea level and it delineates the border between Poland and the Slovak Republic.
We decided get out of "Kuźnice", it's district of Zakopane where start many tourist trails. To Kuźnice you can go on foot from Bronisława Czecha street in Zakopane around 20-25 minutes or go by mini bus from the same street around 5-7minutes.
plan trip
We preferred go on foot, and in Kużnice next to cable car turned to yellow trail go through beautiful "Dolina Jaworzynka".
elevation difference
Altitude difference is 945 metres, sometimes is quite steeply up, but the trail is well prepared and labeled for walking in the mountains.
