Przemyśl

Przemyśl (Latin: Praemislia, UA: Перемишль, פשעמישל) - a city with poviat rights in south-eastern Poland, in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, located on the San River near the mouth of the Vistula. Przemyśl has around 62 000 inhabitants.

Przemyśl belongs to a select group of the oldest and most beautiful Polish cities. His thousand years of turbulent history were intertwined with the fate of the entire Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.






The city is located at the foot of the Carpathians, has over thousands of monuments, captivates with an unforgettable landscape of steep streets, buildings and towers of old churches. It made that Przemyśl have a specific climate created for centuries.
